March 11: [video] A truck driver carrying 15 tons of fracking oil falls asleep and spills his load. Highway 64 is shut down in Faulkner County, AR.
March 12: Flood waters from Redstone Creek near its confluence with the Monogahela River overturn a wastewater tank on an Atlas site in in Fayette County, PA. Approximately 15 barrels (630 gallons) of wastewater leak into the surface water.
March 11: The PA DEP cites Dannic for OGA 3220(A) - Failure to plug the well upon abandoning it on its site in Butler County, PA.
March 8: Three oil tanks explode near Killdeer, ND. The explosion is felt 5 miles away.

March 2: Regulators say that Meadowlark Midstream, a subsidiary of Summit Midstream wasn't using a remote monitoring system when one of its pipelines spilled nearly 3 million gallons of wastewater contaminating a nearby creek and two rivers near Williston, ND. Dave Glatt, chief of the Environmental Health Section says that it will take 5-10 years to clean up.
March 2: The PA DEP cites CNX for 78.56(a)2 - PITS AND TANKS FOR TEMPORARY CONTAINMENT - Operator failed to design, construct, and maintain at least 2 feet of freeboard in a pit or open top tank in Westmoreland County, PA. 20 Barrels of salt water based drilling mud was lost to containment and the remaining 5 barrels was lost to the ground.
